On the river in Ballyshannon, you have the Lantern Bar, which is only open on weekends (when the light is on). If you’re coming by car, their parking is a bonus.

The Lantern Bar has your typical taps and liquors, and is known for its involvement in the various festivals. It’s a handsome bar inside, with a lot of backyard space in nice weather.
